The dining room is at the heart of the castle and it's an invitation to be part of a unique country castle experience. For many guests eating at our huge oak tables, meeting new people has been the very essence of a stay at Augill for nearly two decades and although we have a brand new way of offering food to be more flexible we hope many guests will continue to choose to sit and get to know each other over dinner.
Eating here is a social occasion Red Magazine
But if that isn't your thing, enjoy our food at a table in the Conservatory, The Library, on the terrace or in the garden. If ultimate privacy is what you are looking for we can deliver your food to your bedroom.
Our house menu is simple and fresh, taking the best ingredients and cooking them without fuss. It is served between 2pm and 9pm every day between Easter and the end of October and includes options for everyone from Toddler's picking plates and boiled eggs & soldiers to traditional afternoon tea to a full three or four course dinner.
In the winter we keep things simple during the week and offer our legendary one table dinner parties in the Dining Room on Fridays and Saturdays.
