Breakfast@Augill There is absolutely no reason to ruin a perfectly lazy morning here by having to scramble out of bed for it. Breakfast is a leisurely affair taking the best locally sou rced ingredients for a scrumptious start to the day.
AfternoonTea@Augill A theatrical affair of finger sandwiches, freshly made cakes, scones with jam and clotted cream and lashings of tea, coffee or champagne. Augill Afternoon Tea has become a local institution, enjoyed all year round in a sunny window seat, in front of a roaring fire or out in the garden.
Dinner@Augill A set three course locally sourced menu with typically a choice of two or three dishes per course is served every night April - October and by prior arrangement in winter. we can look after most diets and are not often phased by special requests - as long as we have enough notice!
PrivateDining@Augill Our Library can seat up to ten guests for a private dinner. Once a month we hold a Chef's Table when you can enjoy dinner in the company of both of us, while we cook for you, or a visiting chef. The Library is also available for private film & supper nightsincluding exclusive use of our in house cinema.
Kids@Augill Younger guests are no less well catered for at Augill. We serve early supper either in the Library or The Dining Room. We're on hand for snacks at other times and there are also galley kitchens for guests to use if something has to be rustled up out of hours to keep the peace.
