The dining room is at the heart of the castle and it's an invitation to be part of a unique country castle experience for breakfast, late lunch, afternoon tea and supper.

Enjoy our food with other guests at one of our huge oak tables in the Dining Room, at a table of your own in the Conservatory - where you'll also find our immensely popular, well stocked honesty bar, in the Drawing Room, on the terrace or in the garden.
Our Four Counties house menu is informal, simple, easy, fresh, comforting food, taking inspiration and the best ingredients from the four northern counties that surround us. It is served between 2pm and 9pm every day for residents and includes options for everyone from Toddler's picking plates to a full three or four course dinner.
Our Four Counties menu has been available to non residents on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays since November. Booking is essential as we are sometimes closed for private functions, especially at weekends.
PrivateDining@Augill In the Drawing Room we can host more formal private dinner parties from six to fourteen people. Choose from our informal Four Counties menu or enjoy a bespoke fine dining experience, designed around your particular preferences, starting at £30 per head. Or, of course, you can take a table for up to 20 all to yourselves in the Dining Room.
Fim&Supper@Augill Have a dinner party with an added twist with hire of our twelve seat art deco cinema. Popcorn included! It's the only cinema for more than 20 miles!
Choose from our Four Counties menu or have a set two course supper including a glass of wine and box of popcorn each for £25 per head.
AfternoonTea@Augill A theatrical feast of finger sandwiches, freshly made cakes, scones with jam and clotted cream and lashings of tea, coffee or champagne.
