Kids can clamber aboard, wave to the imaginary passengers, and even chat with the friendly volunteers who bring history to life.

Rheged’s Secret Play Area

The Rheged Centre is well known for its cinema and exhibitions, but tucked away inside is an imaginative soft play area designed for little adventurers. With tunnels, climbing areas, and sensory experiences, it’s a great spot for some indoor fun – especially on a rainy day.  This was our family favourite spot when our kids were little – great foodie hall and bar for the adults too!
